Stuff - Tomorrow we are posting stories on the Minnesota men and women who will racing at AG Nationals next weekend, and how we think some of them will fare.
Guess, what? We're predicting that at least one of the two overall National champions will be a Loon Stater. We also suspect there will be a few AG NCs, as well.
The 3rd new post of the day will be Rand Middleton's totally good coverage of the 9th annual Green Lake Triathlon.
FYI, Sue Rubens (photo L) claimed the overall masters title at Sunday's Rev 3-Wisconsin Dells Half IM, finishing 4th overall among the amateur women. Way to rock it, Sue!

Fast forward two decades and Jordan still speaks very fondly of his days on the ice both as a player and as a minor pro Referee

There are so many diets out there... more information than we could ever hope to grasp or process. It is further complicated by the fact that endurance athletes need different fuel than sprinters, football players, climbers or sedentary people. We are what we eat; food truly is a person's first line of..
