Stuff - Tomorrow we are posting stories on the Minnesota men and women who will racing at AG Nationals next weekend, and how we think some of them will fare.
Guess, what? We're predicting that at least one of the two overall National champions will be a Loon Stater. We also suspect there will be a few AG NCs, as well.
The 3rd new post of the day will be Rand Middleton's totally good coverage of the 9th annual Green Lake Triathlon.
FYI, Sue Rubens (photo L) claimed the overall masters title at Sunday's Rev 3-Wisconsin Dells Half IM, finishing 4th overall among the amateur women. Way to rock it, Sue!

WINGMAN IV - This morning, Chap Achen lowered his personal best on his hometown course by a corpulent 1:42 and blew away Wingman's men's CR by almost a minute. He covered the 500m - 12.7 - 3 mile route in 56:11.

Athlete Mini-Bio - Jordan Buth is a Triathlete. Jordan Buth is also a hockey player, Pearl Jam fanatic, and die hard cat lover.
